· Bluetooth technology is available with our FALCON battery. 

· The bluetooth function allows you to connect with your battery via an app on Android, Apple and any device that allows apps with a bluetooth connection.

Through the app you can:

· Monitor battery health and manage protection limits.

· Real time voltage tracking, where you can view voltage, current, charge status and cell temperatures.

· It has a secure setting that is password protected and you can modify safety thresholds.

· It provides Fault alarms where you can view active error logs and maintenance alerts.


  · No, we only sell brand new lithium batteries. 


· Choose between our 18-27 hole battery or our 36 hole battery.

· Yes we do trade accounts, on our “TRADE ACCOUNTS” tab you can enquire about setting up your trade account.


 · Although Lithium, known as LiFePO4 batteries have a higher upfront cost than lead-acid batteries, they are a vastly superior, maintenance-free investment because they offer a ten times longer lifespan, one-third the weight, double the usable capacity, and faster, more efficient charging. 


· LiFePO4 is a safer, more stable, longer‑lasting battery. Lithium‑ion is rarely used in UK golf trolleys now. 


· If you only play up to 18 holes on flat courses then our HAWK battery is perfect for you, it is rated as an 18-27 hole battery. 

· If you play courses that have more elevation or regularly play more than 18 holes in quick succession, then our FALCON battery is perfect for you, it is rated as a 36 hole battery. 


· Yes, our FALCON battery can be used for 9-18 holes. 

· being the larger capacity battery, it would dramatically extend its life span.


· Yes, it can be left off charge. 

· Once fully charged it can sit for up to 6 months before a top‑up is needed. 


· You should not leave any battery on charge once it has reached full capacity.

· Even though the SwiftCaddy Batteries come with a BMS (Battery Management System) that has a thermal shut off it is always advised to never leave a battery on charge once fully charged. 


· Yes, it is ok to use our Lithium batteries in an upright, flat, or on its side position. 


· All of our batteries come with full warranties. 

· We supply a battery replacement under that warranty.

· The faulty battery would need to be returned to us to be tested, with shipping covered by us.


· Our HAWK battery comes with a 5 year warranty.

· Our FALCON battery comes with an industry leading 7 year warranty.

· The Caddy Cell batteries come with a 3 year warranty.


Usually, it is not the battery. Try these possible fixes:

· A new lithium charger, faulty chargers are a major factor in batteries not getting fully charged.

· Getting your trolley serviced can find potential issues that are effecting your battery life or may actually be a trolley fault.

· Get the battery health checked.


· If you have our FALCON battery, check the batteries status via the app, if a fault is shown contact us. 

· If a fault is not shown or you have our HAWK battery. Check that the charger cable connections are seated correctly and attempt to charge the battery.

· Insert the wall plug first and turn it on, then plug the charger into the battery. 

· The “fully charged” light sequence is green light to red light, then straight to green light.

· The “charging” light sequence is, Green light to red light, and stays red until fully charged and then it turns green.

· Any other light sequence indicates a fault with either the battery or charge cable. 

· If after the above, there is still a fault with the battery, contact us directly, under warranty we will replace the battery, on receipt of the faulty unit we will test it on our Warranty spec Astratech machine. 


· For our retail customers, postage for any of our batteries is free, for trade accounts all orders are plus shipping costs.


· We aim for next working day dispatch with an estimated 2 working days delivery from dispatch.


· At this time we only ship to the UK. 


· On purchase, tracking details will be provided that will allow contact with the courier regarding delivery times and options.


· Yes, SwiftCaddy is a Limited Company and is registered for VAT.
